Randy Fein, Principal and Founder
Randy Fein is a founder and principal of University Communities. Prior to University Communities he was an Executive Vice President for the student housing division of AIMCO (NYSE Ticker: AIV), one of the largest apartment REITs in the United States. Mr. Fein is an active member of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society (NMSS) and is a nationally recognized speaker on disability issues in the workplace. Mr. Fein began his business career at Salomon Brothers and rose to the position of Director. Mr. Fein holds a B.B.A. and a J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin.
Scott Anderson, Capital Projects Director
Scott Anderson joined University Communities in July 2014. As Capital Projects Director, Mr. Anderson oversees all capital improvements and construction projects for University Communities real estate portfolio. Prior to joining University Communities, Mr. Anderson was an urban design and development project manager with RNL (now Stantec), a multi-disciplinary design consultant, on multiple international and domestic master planning and development projects. Mr. Anderson has 14 years of experience in design and construction and holds a B.S. in Landscape Architecture and a M.B.A., both from Colorado State University.
